Job Description

• Managing and monitoring inbound road, air, and sea shipments from the booking stage to final delivery.
• Establishing and maintaining continuous communication with international agents and clients to obtain shipment details and follow up on transportation procedures.
• Demonstrating full proficiency in international transit processes and ensuring their effective execution in compliance with regulations.
• Adhering to organizational behavior standards, administrative protocols, and professional conduct within the workplace.
• Developing and strengthening external communications to coordinate effectively with relevant institutions and partner companies.

• Strong verbal communication skills and excellent public relations abilities
• Patient, organized, flexible, and growth-oriented with a passion for learning in the international transport industry
• Skilled in data analysis and problem-solving, particularly in identifying and resolving logistical and traffic-related challenges
• Solid understanding of international transport regulations, including import shipment rules across road, air, and sea routes
• Proficient in using OTMS as an integrated transport management system to optimize logistics processes
• Methodical, patient, and courteous in interactions with clients and sales/marketing teams, aiming to foster synergy and enhance customer satisfaction
