Job Description

● Manage and guide the sales team, including supervisors, experts, and marketers. ● Manage the satisfaction of the company's actual customers. ● Check customers' accounts and manage their accounts. ● Prepare and submit all daily and weekly sales reports and analyze them. ● Manage the company's personnel in the form of controlling the assigned tasks as well as planning for the tasks that each department must perform.

Requirements

● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or an MBA graduate. ● 10 to 15 years of MNC experience in sales or marketing. ● Proven track record in marketing technical products in the Oil, Gas, and Petrochemical sector. ● Teamwork spirit. ● Self-organized and independent. ● Willingness to travel extensively throughout the region. ● Fluency in Farsi and English. ● Age range: up to 40 years old. ● No intention to move abroad in the next few years.
