Lead and integrate all HR Operations processes across the organization, ensuring accuracy, legal compliance, operational efficiency, and service quality.
Manage and oversee all Personnel Administration activities, including employment contracts, employee records, personnel actions, job changes, transfers, promotions, renewals, and employee exits.
Ensure accurate and timely execution of Social Security processes, including monthly submissions, discrepancy resolution, inspections, audits, and risk mitigation.
Lead Labor Relations activities, including interpretation and application of labor law, management of labor disputes, interaction with legal authorities, and advisory support to managers on disciplinary actions and employment termination.
Manage and optimize HR operational processes within SAP HR / HCM, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, confidentiality, and timely updates of employee information.
Design, standardize, and continuously improve HR Operations policies, procedures, workflows, and service delivery standards.
Work closely with Finance, IT, Legal, C&B, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment, integration, and governance of HR operational processes.
Monitor and analyze HR Operations metrics related to employee data accuracy, compliance, process cycle time, service quality, and operational risk.
Identify, assess, and mitigate legal, social security, payroll, and operational risks related to HR processes.
Prepare the required infrastructure and lead the future transition of Payroll ownership from Finance to HR.
Establish and monitor effective internal controls to ensure accuracy of personnel processes, confidentiality of employee data, and operational discipline.
Provide analytical reports, executive insights, and actionable recommendations to the CHRO and senior management on HR Operations performance, risks, and improvement opportunities.
Qualifications:
Minimum 8–12 years of professional experience in one or more of the following areas: HR Operations, Personnel Administration, Labor Relations, Social Security, Payroll Administration, or HR Shared Services.
At least 3–5 years of managerial experience in medium to large-sized organizations.
Proven experience in leading Personnel Administration, Social Security, and Labor Relations functions.
Strong knowledge of labor law, social security regulations, and HR compliance requirements.
Hands-on experience with SAP HR / HCM and the ability to manage employee data and HR processes within an ERP environment.
Good understanding of Payroll processes and readiness to take ownership of this function in the future.
Ability to work effectively with senior managers and manage multiple stakeholders in sensitive operational and legal matters.
High attention to detail and strong capability in process control, data accuracy, compliance monitoring, and risk management.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Management, Law, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, or other related fields.
