Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic office secretary to coordinate with colleagues and assist management with office issues. List of responsibilities: ● Arrange meetings. ● Respond to phone calls and direct them to PIC. ● Coordinate with colleagues and management for office issues. ● Update requested files. ● Attend office schedules and required updates. ● Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday from 8 am to 4 pm.

Requirements

● At least three years of related experience. ● Intermediate English knowledge. ● Familiar with ICDL and Outlook. ● Cooperative personality. ● Enthusiastic to learn. ● High communications skills.
