-Day to day diary management, managing all forms of incoming and outgoing communication (phone calls, emails, fax)
-Coordinates office management activities
-Manage and analyze all incoming and outgoing communication, and prepare summary briefs and reports to manager
-Act as liaison person with corporate departments and follow up management decisions with related parties and perform necessary coordination
-Arranging meetings and appointments with customers and suppliers, and preparing agendas for executive meetings
-Assisting in the preparation of presentations and minute taking
-Follow up actions of meetings and prepare regular progress reports for management
-Follow up management decisions with related parties and perform necessary coordination
-Maintaining corporate files, preparing letters, reports and correspondences in professional way
-Set up travel arrangements (visa, hotel, ticket)
-Being aligned with document management process of Archive Center
Requirements
-Bachelor's or Master Degree in Commerce or Business Administration
-Minimum 3 years of work experience in related areas preferably in international companies
-Excellent time management and perfect attention to details.
-Ability to prioritize and work to deadlines if required
-English proficiency (writing, listening, speaking and reading)
-Excellent knowledge of MS office
-Excellent team player and high degree of interpersonal and presentation skills
-Ability to understand financial reports to prepare an executive summary and analysis
-Ability to work well under stress to meet tight deadlines and deal with challenging work environments
-An understanding and willingness to support the work culture of the corporate
-Ability to co-ordinate multiple activities, act decisively and work autonomously
-Having a Committed, Integrated and Knowledgeable approach in the work place
