Job Description

Tose Tejarat Kala Dasht seeks to hire an office manager. Roles: ● Answering phone calls. ● Recording incoming calls and reporting to the superior manager. ● Contacting clients, employees, and managers of other units. ● Communicating with the employees of different units of the organization based on the organizational hierarchy according to the organizational chart. ● Reminding the manager of meetings and appointments. ● Planning and coordinating internal meetings. ● Scheduling the appointment of the superior manager and following up to make it happen. ● Coordinating the meeting room and ensuring that its equipment is ready before the scheduled meetings. ● Receiving and sending emails related to work activities. ● Obtaining approval of the content of the letter from the superior manager. ● Receiving intra-organizational letters and incoming letters from outside the organization. ● Numbering incoming and outgoing letters. ● Keeping letters in the administrative secretariat. ● Performing other tasks assigned.

Requirements

● Proficient in multitasking. ● Proficient in Microsoft Office. ● Familiarity with English. ● Ability to carry out administrative correspondence. ● Familiarity with Farsi and English typing. ● Ability to report. ● Excellent public relations. ● Good manners and respectful behavior. ● Ability to continuously follow up on activities. ● High patience and tolerance. ● Secrecy in administrative activities. ● Compliance with work discipline and punctuality. ● Committed to performing assigned activities with accuracy and quality.
