● Service existing hospitals, obtain orders, and establish new accounts by planning and organizing a daily work schedule to call on existing or potential sales outlets and other trade factors.
● Achieve maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within assigned accounts and/or market segments by effectively selling the company's products and/or related services.
● Develop and manage accounts with the goal of maximizing and maintaining sales.
● Achieve sales targets, usually on a seasonal basis.
● Provide product scientific and technical information in a professional manner to the hospital staff.
● Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
● Regularly call on offices and hospitals within a defined sales territory to achieve budgeted sales volume and other established goals.
● Maintain and develop established accounts, and develop new products in existing accounts to increase market penetration.
● Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems; developing solutions; preparing reports; making recommendations to the sales and marketing manager.
● Show high cooperation to reach marketing plans in the market as qualified as possible.
● Maintain professional and technical knowledge by studying professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
● Monitor competitors’ activity and competitors' products.
Requirements
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Microbiology, Chemistry, or Business.
● At least 2 years of experience in a similar position in the pharmaceutical or medical industry preferably Antiseptics and Disinfectant or Infection Control (CSSD).
● Skillful negotiation and presentation abilities.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Good command of English.
● Fluent in MS Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
● Presentation skills.
● Teamwork skills.
● Ability to travel within the country.
● Age range: 23 to 37 years old.
