Job Description
Conduct regular visits to physicians, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare centers within the assigned territory.
Promote and present the laboratory's diagnostic and genetic testing services through scientific discussions.
Build, develop, and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare professionals and key opinion leaders (KOLs).
Identify new business opportunities and contribute to market development.
Achieve predefined visitation and business development targets.
Plan and execute daily field activities based on the assigned schedule.
Collect market intelligence, monitor competitors, and provide regular activity reports.
Organize and support scientific meetings, seminars, and educational events.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely follow-up and high-quality customer service.
Stay updated on the laboratory's services, scientific advances, and industry trends
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or higher in Medical Laboratory Sciences, Biology, Genetics, Biotechnology, Pharmacy, or other related life sciences.
Previous experience as a Medical Representative (Med Rep), preferably in the oncology field, is considered an advantage.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent negotiation, persuasion, and relationship-building abilities.
Highly responsible, well-organized, and committed, with strong follow-up skills
