Periodically visits HCPs in hospitals, health clinics, private clinics, and private hospitals to establish strong relations and become the preferred brand with HCPs.
Convince HCPs to recommend or prescribe our products and brands through the appropriate level of scientific/commercial argumentation and relationship development.
Identify business opportunities within the respective area.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to ensure the ability to understand and explain all product information to answer any question from HCP.
Participate in daily and/or weekly meetings to discuss the market situation and problems.
Provide direct assistance to team members and monitor work issues related to the achievement of business KPIs.
Determine what change of attitude and behavior is required from HCPs to impact positively on our products and brands.
Requirements
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nutrition, Medical, Biology, Microbiology, Pharmacy, or other relevant fields.
