● Manage and supervise a team of representatives and all sales and marketing activities within the group.
● Organize and coordinate medical representatives’ schedules.
● Create added value in the performance of the medical representative in relation to health centers and pharmacies.
● Organize and coordinate monthly missions with the medical representative.
● Coordinate double visits with medical/pharmaceutical representatives.
● Segment the market into operating sections and assign medical representatives to sections.
● Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly medical representative performance and sales metrics.
● Build strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and related drugstores around the country.
● Plan and build effective business relationships and regular visits with healthcare partners, doctors, customers, and distribution.
● Plan and organize sales and marketing activities based on the budget.
● Create sales strategies based on the market needs.
● Collect data from the field to actively attend commercial plans.
● Manage all kinds of advertising activities and area advertisements in drugstores.
● Suggest and prepare all advertising items and gifts.
Requirements
● At least 5 years of proven experience as a team leader, or marketing supervisor in the pharmaceutical industry.
● At least a Bachelor's degree, preferably, in Medical Science.
● Strong connections with distributors, key account pharmacies, and physicians.
● Good command of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and Word.
● Good command of English.
● Product knowledge and market understanding.
● Ready for frequent travels within the country.
● Active and motivated, willing to work out of the office.
● Problem-solving skills and a vision to create value and customer satisfaction.
● Ability to handle multiple tasks at the same time and work under pressure.
● Work experience in sales and marketing and Maris Software.
