Regular visits to pharmacies to monitor product availability and movement.
Maintain a high level of product knowledge to ensure the ability to understand and explain product information and to answer related questions to the products.
Increase sales to the maximum and maximize efforts to achieve the target within the assigned area.
Solve an issue with pharmacies within the assigned area.
Perform market demand surveys and report preparation for the company.
Inspect pharmacies in the assigned territory to make sure of product availability.
Participate in daily and weekly meetings and training programs.
Prepare detailed work reports and regular reports of daily activities.
Deal with opinion leaders and market feedback collection.
Crisis management and problem-solving with managers with pharmacists within her/his area.
Business opportunities identification within the respective area.
Achieve targeted 90 percent coverage of the assigned area of pharmacies.
Keep up-to-date with the latest clinical data supplied by the medical advisory team of the company, and interpret, present, and discuss this data with healthcare professionals during presentations.
Report positive and negative feedback of the pharmacies to the marketing and scientific departments.
Recommend changes in products, services, and policies by evaluating results and competitive developments.
Monitor competitor activities and competitors; products.
Participate in congresses and medical activities.
Requirements
Medical Doctor, Pharmacist, or Veterinarian (At least a Bachelor's degree).
More than two years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
Punctual, enthusiastic, inspiring, motivated, and creative.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Energetic, self-motivated with a good teamwork spirit.
Able to travel within the country.
Good command of English, speaking, listening, and writing.
Expert in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
