Job Description

● Monitoring the maintenance performance of utility systems in order to ensure the correctness of their operation through the review of PM preventive maintenance operation documentation. ● Setting up periodic schedules (weekly and monthly) of service and PM preventive maintenance operations of utility equipment and monitoring their performance in the prescribed time in order to comply with GMP principles, reduce stoppages, improve production efficiency, and increase the amount of production by checking the amount of device operation time and Its conformity with the instruction and checklist of devices. ● Revising SOPs related to utility systems with new standards according to the announced schedule in order to unify and improve the quality of utility equipment. ● Examining the problems related to utility systems in order to analyze the root of the events and prepare suggestions and solutions and solve the problems through PM checklists and reports. ● Providing daily reports on the activity of employees according to inspections and 5S and GMP standards and complying with HSE issues in order to avoid accidents and quality deviations.
