Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced mechanical engineer in manufacturing to join our dynamic team at [FIROUZA ENGINREEING], a leading crane industry company. As a mechanical engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the manufacturing process of our crane products to ensure efficiency, quality, and adherence to company standards.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement manufacturing processes and procedures to optimize productivity, optimize costs, and improve overall efficiency focusing on mechanization of the time-taking activities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, procurement, and quality to ensure a smooth productionProvide technical solutions to the manufacturing team, resolving any issues or obstacles that may arise during the production process.
Perform regular assessments of manufacturing equipment and tools, identifying areas for improvement and coordinating necessary upgrades.
Develop and execute continuous improvement initiatives to enhance manufacturing processes, and increase yield, and operations.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to manufacturing and implement innovative solutions accordingly.
Collaborate with suppliers and vendors to negotiate contracts, monitor performance, and ensure timely delivery of Train and mentor junior engineers and production staff, fostering a culture of skill development and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

At least a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or proven experience in a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.
At least 5+ years of experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in the crane industry or a similar heavy machinery sector.
Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, including machining, welding, and assembly.
Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, SOLIDWORKS, etc.) for designing and optimizing manufacturing layouts and processes.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.
Strong leadership and project management abilities, with a track record of successfully leading teams and delivering projects on time and within budget.
Knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with individuals at all levels of the organization.
