Senior Mechanical Design Engineer (Structural & Chassis)(Tehran / Mashhad)

Job Description

In line with our technical and engineering team's expansion, we are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer specializing in the design and analysis of industrial steel structures. Our priority is to recruit a specialist who, in addition to advanced modeling skills, possesses extensive knowledge in structural analysis and the mechanical behavior of components under various loading conditions.
Responsibilities:
3D design and modeling of heavy industrial chassis and steel structures using SolidWorks.
Performing Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to ensure structural integrity, stability, and safety factors.
Conducting vibration and Modal Analysis to optimize structural performance under dynamic conditions.
Preparing high-precision technical documentation, shop drawings (cutting, bending, and welding), and Bill of Materials (BOM).
Supervising the manufacturing process to ensure the final product complies with design standards and specifications.
Requirements:
At least 5 years of documented experience in industrial steel structure and chassis design.
Expert-level proficiency in SolidWorks, specifically Simulation, Weldments, and Sheet Metal modules.
Deep knowledge of material selection, welding standards, and metal fabrication processes.
Ability to prepare technical analytical reports and defend design proposals from a technical standpoint.
High attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility, and a problem-solving mindset for complex engineering challenges.
