LingoLand is a creative, forward-thinking brand in children’s English education. Through a game-based learning approach, we turn language learning into an engaging and joyful adventure.
As we expand our marketing function, we are looking for a skilled, data-driven, and creative Marketing Manager to lead LingoLand’s brand growth across both digital and offline channels.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy (digital and offline) aligned with overall brand objectives
Lead brand positioning, visual identity, and content strategy across all channels
Manage and mentor the marketing team (content, advertising, design, social media, and campaign performance)
Design and run multi-channel campaigns to acquire new learners and retain existing customers
Plan, execute, and evaluate digital, outdoor, and integrated advertising campaigns
Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Insights, and CRM data
Collaborate closely with Education, R&D, and Product teams to ensure consistent messaging and a cohesive user experience
Own the marketing budget and optimize ROI and ROAS
Monitor trends in children’s education, EdTech, and digital marketing.
Required Skills & Competencies
Hands-on experience with digital marketing tools:
Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, Tag Manager, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush), Email & SMS automation
Proven experience in both Performance Marketing and Brand Marketing
Strong people-management skills and cross-functional coordination
Solid understanding of the marketing funnel and customer journey analysis
Advanced analytical reporting skills with a data-driven decision-making mindset
Ability to create and oversee targeted content, particularly in education and child-focused contexts
Comfortable working in fast-paced, challenge-driven environments
Creative mindset, close attention to detail, and strong multi-project management skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills across diverse professional and social groups.Education & Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Marketing, MBA, Public Relations, Psychology, Sociology, or a related field
Minimum 3–5 years of hands-on experience in marketing and branding
Experience in education, EdTech, child-focused brands, successful startup projects, or FMCG companies is a strong advantage.What We Offer
