
Job Description
Your mission at Zarin Pakhsh Company is to control the implementation of marketing activities at the point of sale in order to influence the final buyers' decision.
Description of responsibilities:
- Determining the route list of the commercial marketing representatives team based on the selected stores.
- Daily random visits selected based on the route list of the arrangement forces and ensuring the correct implementation of the arrangement of products in the store based on the planogram (product placement) for different product groups in order to increase the visibility of the products and superiority in front of the competitors.
- Increasing sales by checking the stock of products on the store shelf and regularly sending out-of-stock reports to the sales team to receive new orders.
- Effective communication with the trade marketing executive team to execute and produce advertising orders.
- Introducing new spaces for branding and monitoring the quality of execution during the contract execution period.
- Ensuring the best implementation of branding and trade marketing tools in stores (such as shelf frames, stickers and other related items) in order to improve and develop sales and create differentiation from competitors.
- Follow-up on the activities and performance of competitors at sales points in preparing regular reports.
- Creating effective communication with customers in order to improve the presence of products at sales points.
- Full familiarity with all types of sales assistance tools and understanding the impact of each tool on the buyer at the point of sale in order to use POSM optimally.
- Familiarity with the arrangement (planogram) of the company's product group and ensuring correct implementation at the sales points.
- Completing reports related to shelf share, lack of stock and presence of the product on the shelf.
- Conducting market research for new products in order to help the managers of the organization make decisions.
- Obtaining confirmation of financial payments to the company's customers on a monthly/quarterly basis to ensure the fulfillment of the company's commitment to the customers.
- Responsible for the correct use of the company's resources (sales assistance tools, product samples, etc.) in the area of responsibility.
- The responsibility of ensuring the implementation of the provisions of the advertising contract of the parties and taking corrective measures and sending reports to assign prizes to customers.
