Job Summary
Responsible for market development, managing provincial distributors, executing sales plans, and supporting marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and support provincial sales representatives
• Set sales targets and execute monthly/seasonal plans
• Analyze market and competitors; propose growth strategies
• Implement promotional and marketing campaigns
• Prepare sales performance reports
• Negotiate with key clients; develop new sales channels
• Collaborate with the digital marketing team
• Conduct regular business trips for market supervision
Requirements
• 3–5 years of sales supervision experience (preferably in cosmetics, personal care, or FMCG)
• Strong knowledge of direct distribution & channel management
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and team leadership skills
• Familiarity with market analysis, Excel, and CRM tools
• Proactive, creative, and strong decision-making ability
