The objective of the role:
The owner of the position is responsible for generating marketing leads and marketing activities in order to assist the sales to achieve the target. He /She is reporting directly to the Scientific and Business Development mng
Main responsibilities:
● Visit marketing targets on a regular basis (hospitals, clinics, and doctor offices twice, mornings and afternoons, and be flexible to the last visit in the afternoon time).
● Present company products to current and potential clients.
● Develop current product knowledge and demonstrate this knowledge to clients, in order to persuade them that a product meets their needs in terms of quality, function, and price.
● Responsible for technical training of devices for surgeons and all staff.
● Participate in marketing events, such as seminars, trade shows, and professional conferences.
● Participate in market research in the case of need and market development.
● Gather and be updated on competitor activity in the market.
● Gather and deliver the related information of the related market based on the requested plan in case of need.
Requirements
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Biology, or other related fields.
● At least 1 to 3 years of valid sales or marketing experience in credible companies.
● High flexibility to the number of business travel to different cities in a month (average 6 to 8 days on a mission in a month).
● Ability to have abroad travel (for training subjects).
● Flexible to changes and work under pressure.
● Result and goal-oriented.
● High personal motivation and a sense of urgency.
