We are an active Holding in the Financial Services of World Markets, the main part of which is an international broker. To maintain the credit, transparency and brand growth, we are looking to attract a specialist marketing manager and result.

Responsibilities:
* Managing and monitoring digital marketing campaigns and increasing their productivity
* Continuous follow -up and cooperation with digital advertising agencies
* Providing daily, weekly and monthly reports of advertising status
* Marketing team management (recruitment, training, reporting and, if needed, power adjustment)
* Continuous improvement of campaign financial and performance indicators
* Product Marketing Supervision and Product Management Cooperation (Scram)

Specialized skills required:
* Full mastery over the media and the savage marketing
* Familiarity and mastering the subject of Susmal and having a successful experience in this field
* Digital Marketing and Performance Marketing (ROI-BASED Marketing)
* Mastery of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager (GTM)
* Ability to prepare and analyze standard formats of advertising productivity and reporting
* Relative mastery to SEO
* Fluent in the concepts of CRM and Marketing Automation
* Introduction to Zero Budget Marketing Methods
* Fluent in data reporting tools (Excel and analytical dashboards)
* Introduction to Product Marketing and Product Management (Scram)
* Minimum English language level b1
