We are seeking a strategic, innovative, and results-oriented Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team and drive sustainable growth through data-driven and cutting-edge marketing strategies.
As the marketing manager, you will be responsible for designing and executing integrated marketing strategies across both digital and offline channels. You will lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team of 20 professionals and continuously optimize marketing performance through data analysis and strategic insights. This pivotal leadership role requires exceptional strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of success in marketing management.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and oversee comprehensive marketing strategies encompassing online and offline channels.
Lead, manage, and inspire a 25-person marketing team to achieve key business objectives.
Analyze marketing performance metrics and translate data into actionable insights to enhance ROI.
Plan and execute customer acquisition, retention, and brand awareness campaigns.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Customer Support teams to align marketing efforts with company goals.
Optimize the customer journey and conversion funnels using data-driven approaches.
Manage relationships with external marketing agencies, partners, and vendors to maximize campaign effectiveness.
Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify emerging growth opportunities.
Provide regular reports on marketing performance, KPIs, and ROI to senior management.
Requirements
At least 10 years of proven experience in digital marketing; at least 5 years in a leadership role managing marketing teams and projects.
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
