Job Description

  • Lead our marketing team, including day-to-day operations and strategy.
  • Develop and communicate product messaging for a range of SaaS applications.
  • Strategize and coordinate digital marketing campaigns across all channels, including website, social media, PR, and events.
  • Partner with Sales, Account Management, and Operation teams to drive revenue within our customer base (clinics and small practices) and partner ecosystem.
  • Lead and continuously evolve product vision and strategic road mapping process in alignment with user feedback, Boghrat's mission, and company objectives.
  • Lead the growth function to drive a predictable, scalable, and repeatable pipeline and revenue across paid media, web optimization, and more.
  • Drive opportunities to growth avenues to organically and inorganically diversify the top of the funnel.
  • Lead and inspire product management, product design, and growth analytics teams.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices, applying them where appropriate to enhance user value.
  • Coach and align stakeholders across marketing, sales development, and sales to execute integrated account activation plans.
  • Help define what partnerships mean to a rapidly growing B2B SaaS company in the digital health/practice management area: focus on a breadth of practice areas within partnerships.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing and proactive marketing team.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (a Master's degree is preferred) in Engineering, Business, Marketing, or Human Science; official studies/certificates in marketing and related studies are strongly preferred.
  • Deep understanding of the following domains: Marketing Principles, Digital Marketing, PR, Funnel Management, Customer Acquisition, Paid Media, PPC, Performance Marketing, Campaign Management, and Budgeting.
  • Average understanding in the following areas: Digital Health, KOL management, Brand Management, Growth Hacking, SEO, Product Management, PLC, and Marketing Analytics.
  • 8+ years of experience in marketing roles, including experience scaling a team through high growth at a growing B2B SaaS company; 3+ years of experience in leading and building teams with prior success in attracting, hiring, and developing dynamic talent across marketing disciplines; 3+ years of marketing experience within the Iranian Health Eco-system is preferred.
  • Strongly motivated; willing to travel across countries; not afraid to fail and try new ideas; inspires and motivates a junior marketing team; passionate about her/his field; able to work cross-functionally; strong people management particularly; willing to learn and collaborate with the consultant.
