Job Description
● Develop a portfolio strategy with the position of each brand on a clear territory to maximize the growth potential of the brand and the category based on Danone plans, MMP strategies, local regulations, etc.
● Lead or develop marketing strategies in different markets (Iran, Iraq, and Afghanistan) with respect to their specific contexts.
● Provide short- and long-term market forecasts and reports by leading market research collection, analysis, and interpretation of market data and survey results.
● Codefine a long-term cross-brand content strategy to make different brands aligned with each other.
● Ensure the clarity, consistency, sustainability, and competitiveness of brand strategies and positioning through marketing strategies and plans.
● Revise targets continually, based on market developments, competitions, and continuous follow-up with other teams.
● Diagnose root causes of deficiencies in gaining market share and remove these obstacles by supporting HCN and the sales team in taking required actions.
● Evaluate the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, or return-on-investment and P&L projections in close cooperation with other departments.
● Conduct artwork development based on Danone global guidelines for each brand platform by collaborating with different internal and external stakeholders (such as marketing agencies).
● Coach to grow staff as well as those who are interacting cross-functionally.
