Job Description

  • Design and execute integrated 360-degree marketing campaigns (scientific, digital, promotional, and HCP-focused).
  • Analyze market dynamics, identify growth opportunities, and monitor competitive activities.
  • Lead go-to-market strategies and manage product life cycles effectively.
  • Supervise the marketing team and coordinate with agencies and external partners.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and medical societies.
  • Evaluate campaign performance through data-driven analysis and optimize marketing plans accordingly.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of proven experience in pharmaceutical or nutraceutical marketing.
  • Prior experience in Dermatology, Women’s Health, or Urology is a strong advantage.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing strategy, campaign management, and market analysis.
  • Familiar with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, and performance metrics.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy, Medicine, Marketing, or Business Administration (an MBA degree is preferred).
