Increasing sales into new and previously unserved markets/industries/geographies.
Analyzing the latest market trends and sharing the latest market updates with the sales team and supporting sales team growth.
Preparing "master slides" for managing director on business, organization, and projects in the country.
Confidentially handle data and information, co-operate with sales, controlling, and all other operational departments to keep the "master slides" updated.
Accountable for projects assigned by the country cluster head/managing director.
Supporting the country cluster head/managing director with business and industry analyses.
Preparing and following-up regional growth targets.
Collecting the required information from the Sales department for sales forecasting.
Requirements
At least Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (Chemistry, Business, etc.).
A chemical engineering and sales background is an asset.
Business and technical knowledge with MBA preferred.
Five years of business, marketing, sustainability, and/or communications experience in one or more key industries in Iran.
Advanced knowledge of English with an academic level of writing.
Excellent Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work with, and present to senior executives, partners, and customers.
Strong ability to think outside the box, bringing innovative and creative solutions to the table that challenges conventional methods and drive our company's growth.
Ability to work under pressure, manage and prioritize effectively.
