The position: This position will provide support to site management and the site director by implementing people management strategies and other Site management-related projects and tasks. ● Assist the site director manager to implement the site performance board to be driving and monitoring the daily activities of the dept. ● Create new templates for the performance board. ● Continuous improvement on performance board and evaluations. ● Help all functions to bring and gather true SUP. Data. ● Map unclear or new processes. ● Use the tools of NN structure to solve the problems. ● Help the site director and project manager to prepare needed data for Dept. meetings or events. ● Define different KPIs. ● Implement project board and the ways to follow up on projects. ● Solve systematic or software problems. ● Review non-working KPIs and change or eliminate them. ● Create a newcomer’s onboarding process. ● Help the department with some routine needed tasks.
● University student (senior) or a fresh graduate in Business Administration, Management, or other related fields. ● Good command of English, oral and written. ● High level of innovation and problem-solving skills. ● Professional in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
