Job Description
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for providing expertise and leadership to the service and maintenance staff while ensuring the safe maintenance, repair, or replacement of production machinery.
• Monitor and control the performance of the relevant staff reports
• Issuing requests for technical services and communication with contractors and suppliers
• Reporting the problems and failures of the template and tools to the production manager
• Cooperation in the optimization of molds, tools and new equipment
• Cooperation with maintenance to reduce machine stoppages
