-Proficiency in English at a professional level. -Strong theoretical and practical skills. -Knowledge and ability to navigate the regulatory framework, including regulations governing the oil industry of the Islamic Republic of Iran. -Solid knowledge of IPC is preffered. -Experience in applying international standards in the oil industry. -Experience in preparing and negotiating contracts. -Experience in conducting procedures prior to contract conclusion. -A degree in law from a recognized institution. -Previous experience working in the oil and gas sector. -Strong negotiation skills and the ability to resolve conflicts effectively. -Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. -Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. -Understanding of the cultural and business practices in Iran. -Proficiency in legal research and analysis. -Strong written and verbal communication skills.
