• Contributing as an active and reliable member of the Legal Department to the development and implementation of integrated business strategies aimed at sustained growth and profitability.
• Preparing legal reports upon request of the Legal Department and other departments.
• Drafting and preparing various contracts, Service Agreements (SAs), settlement agreements, and company resolutions under the supervision of the Legal Manager.
• Ensuring timely and accurate delivery of legal services to internal stakeholders.
• Managing contract records and updates within the Contract Management System (CMS).
• Preparing, drafting, and typing official correspondence addressed to governmental authorities.
• Registering, submitting, and following up on official letters and applications with governmental bodies.
• Handling notary public related tasks and follow-ups.
• Archiving contracts, legal documents, checks, and related records, including follow-up on receivables and returns.
• Collecting required signatures for expense forms, official letters, contracts, and other corporate documents.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law from a reputable university.
• At least one year of relevant legal work experience is preferred.
• Good command of Farsi, particularly for drafting legal and official correspondence.
• Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
• Strong computer skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Translation skills (legal and administrative texts).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and as part of a team.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
