Job description:
• Preparation of different types of tender documents and RFQ to select competent contractors and suppliers of services and goods
• Conducting the bidding process and obtaining all necessary approvals
• Responding to queries and questions raised by bidders during the bidding process
• Cooperation in the technical evaluation of the company's bids and financial evaluation of the bids
• Review of contractual guarantees
• Preparation of various types of contract documents, including contracts for design, purchase, construction, implementation, consulting, supply of human resources, lease, etc.
• Examining the claims of contractors/consultants and suppliers of goods according to the terms and conditions of the contract
• Participating and attending negotiations during bidding, concluding contracts, processing claims and issuing work completion certificates

Qualifying conditions:
• 5 years of work experience in the field of drafting tender documents, contracts and reviewing contractors' claims
• Bachelor's degree in law
• Mastery of different types of contractual texts required in the oil industry
• Mastery of EPC/EPD contracts
• Familiarity with IPC contracts
• Mastery of basic legal topics and contracts
• Familiarity with the implementation and processes of oil and gas projects
• Familiarity with the letters, regulations and instructions related to holding tenders and concluding contracts
