_ Assist and facilitate training processes. _ Act as liaison between HR and training vendors _ Provide administrative support to the human resource function as needed, including record-keeping and file maintenance. _ Prepare a training calendar according to the DNA. _ Implement the training courses based on the calendar. _ Monitor the progress of the training calendar. _ Succession planning and IDP preparation for successors. _ Update the Idea software _ Find qualified vendors and negotiate with them on conducting high-quality training based on the business need. _ Evaluate the effectiveness of training courses (3 levels). _ Maintain records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements for each employee.
