In this role, you will be responsible for presenting and selling HR solutions and packages to HR managers and senior executives of leading companies.
Responsibilities Analyze client needs and provide the best recruitment solutions Follow up on employers’ hiring processes and ensure optimal results Train clients on how to use the website and recruitment tools effectively Support clients in using the most relevant keywords to search the resume database Identify client challenges and take proactive steps to ensure satisfaction Manage time efficiently to prioritize and handle multiple accounts simultaneously Recommend the most suitable hiring packages based on each client’s needs Build relationships with companies and schedule meetings with key decision-makers in high-potential accounts Apply sales skills to accelerate the payment of issued invoices and pre-invoices Perform Upselling and Cross-selling to loyal and existing clients
Requirements Fast learner with a sharp and analytical mindset Strong ability to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills, especially with HR and senior executives Ability to build effective and positive relationships with clients and team members Supportive, customer-oriented attitude with a focus on client satisfaction Familiarity or previous experience in the HR or recruitment field is a strong advantage
