Job Description

● Lead account team and representatives. ● Allocate new accounts and tasks to team members. ● Monitor team performance and give guidance when needed. ● Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients. ● Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements. ● Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives. ● Sales analysis. ● Competitor analysis. ● Field monitoring. ● Regular field visits and double visits. ● Prepare report as documents. ● Meet the company targets.

Requirements

● At least 2 years of pharma experience. ● Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or relevant fields. ● Experience in sales. ● Good decision-making and problem-solving skills. ● Strong communication and interpersonal skills. ● Excellent organizing skills. ● Good negotiator. ● Leadership skills. ● Expertise in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. ● Having teamwork spirit. ● Having persuasive language. ● Flexibility and meeting deadlines. ● Analytical mind.
