Job Description
Zal Iranian Industrial Group (Lamiz Coffee), a reputable and structured complex, invites capable and experienced people to join the IT team to develop its information technology team in Tehran's headquarters.
This job position is a middle role in the IT structure of the organization and is responsible for coordinating the technical team under the supervision of the IT manager.
Task Description:
- Supervise and manage the IT team (including technical support, network, hardware, and software).
- Monitor the performance of servers, IT equipment, and services, and ensure their stability and availability.
- Divide tasks among team members and follow up on the correct and timely implementation of tasks.
- Handle technical requests from users and provide solutions at the supervisory level.
- Provide regular reports to the IT manager on the status of systems, needs, and events.
- Document key IT settings, processes, activities, and events.
- Coordinate with contractors and technical suppliers within the framework of the organization's policies.
Requirements:
- 5 to 7 years of relevant work experience in IT.
- At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or technical team coordination role.
- Proficient in managing and supporting Windows Server and Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP services.
- Familiarity with VMware ESXi or Hyper-V virtualization.
- Ability to configure and troubleshoot network equipment (switches, routers, Mikrotik, Cisco, or similar firewalls).
- Familiarity with backup solutions and enterprise antiviruses.
- Experience in supporting users and managing Helpdesk requests.
- Familiarity with monitoring or documentation tools such as Zabbix, PRTG, or LibreNMS (considered an advantage).
