Job Description

  • Provide Tablet Application Support to the organization’s internal users (Field and Back Office).
  • Answers questions regarding system procedures, online transaction, system status and downtime procedures.
  • Identify problems and provide solutions based on the processes.
  • Maintain a troubleshooting tracking log ensuring timely resolution of problems.
  • Record, resolve and escalate calls, to ensure smooth operation of implemented systems.
  • Install, test, configure and roll out systems.
  • Collaborate with vendors/suppliers outside Iran to resolve problems.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Industrial Engineering, or other related fields.
  • 1 to 2 years of experience in Technical/Application support is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Oracle or SQL will be a plus.
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
  • Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Intermediate in English.
