Job Description
- Provide Tablet Application Support to the organization’s internal users (Field and Back Office).
- Answers questions regarding system procedures, online transaction, system status and downtime procedures.
- Identify problems and provide solutions based on the processes.
- Maintain a troubleshooting tracking log ensuring timely resolution of problems.
- Record, resolve and escalate calls, to ensure smooth operation of implemented systems.
- Install, test, configure and roll out systems.
- Collaborate with vendors/suppliers outside Iran to resolve problems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Industrial Engineering, or other related fields.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in Technical/Application support is preferred.
- Familiarity with Oracle or SQL will be a plus.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues.
- Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Intermediate in English.
