
Job Description
We are looking for an IT Help Desk to join our IT team.
In this role, you will;
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering, Hardware Engineering, or IT.
Preferably 1 year of experience in application, software, and Operating Systems (OS).
Working knowledge of computer installation.
Working knowledge of application and operating systems management skills (Microsoft Windows 10 and 11, Android and IOS).
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Ability to work in a team.
Working knowledge of problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Good organization, time management, and prioritization.
Efficient troubleshooting abilities.
Effective communication skills, including speaking, writing, and active listening.
Great customer service and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of Network+ and Windows Server (preferably).
Basic English knowledge.
