Job Description

● Upgrading, installing and configuring new hardware and software. ● Installing new computers, printers, and other IT systems under the supervision of the IT Manager. ● Answering user inquiries. ● Creating user accounts and performing access control. ● Performing diagnostic tests and debugging procedures to optimize computer systems. ● Troubleshooting client-side issues as service desk and help desk engineer. ● Troubleshooting local network and client connection issues. ● Employment type: Full-time.

Requirements

● Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering or Information Technology. ● Basic knowledge of Active Directory Domain and Network+. ● Full acquaintance with active and passive. ● At least two years of experience in a similar role. ● Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. ● Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. ● Age range: 25 to 30 years old.
