Job Description


The ERP Senior Expert is responsible for supporting the implementation, optimization, and governance of the organization’s ERP platform across core business functions including Finance, Supply Chain, Production, Inventory, Sales, and Planning.
The role acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring business processes are translated into scalable ERP solutions aligned with manufacturing and beverage industry operational requirements.
In addition, the role requires strong proficiency in SQL, database structures, and ERP data models to support advanced reporting, and data validation.

- Key Responsibilities:

Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business IT, or related discipline.
• ITIL Foundation knowledge is required; Intermediate or Service Operations certification is a plus.
Experience:
• 5-8 years of ERP implementation or ERP functional/technical experience.
• Prior experience in manufacturing or beverage / FMCG industry strongly preferred.
• Experience in at least one full ERP implementation lifecycle is highly desirable.
• Microsoft Dynamics certifications are considered an advantage.

Skills:

• Strong experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O).
• Hands-on experience with ERP implementation projects.
• Solid understanding of manufacturing and supply chain processes.
• SQL programming and data analysis skills.
• Knowledge of Business Process Management (BPM) methodologies.
• Experience with ERP modules such as Finance, Production, Inventory, Planning, Procurement, and Sales.
• Ability to translate business requirements into ERP solutions.

Major tasks ;

• Participate in full ERP implementation lifecycle including requirements, fit-gap analysis, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
• Analyse and optimize business processes across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and sales.
• Support configuration and continuous improvement of ERP core modules.
• Utilize SQL for data validation, reporting, and troubleshooting.
• Support master data governance and ERP data quality initiatives.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT teams, and implementation partners.
• Provide ERP functional and technical support post-implementation.
• Conduct training sessions and support change management initiatives.
