Job Description

  • Gather, analyze, and Translate data and information into clear, actionable, and impactful insights.
  • Integrate data and insight from multiple sources (primary, secondary, and syndicated) to drive holistic business recommendations and strategy development.
  • Collaborate in monthly preparation and analysis of market KPIs, identifying risks, opportunities, and potentials.
  • Work with agencies to obtain or provide information or material and ensure a project runs smoothly i.e. the project is delivered in full on time and answers business problems.
  • Collect and analyze data on stakeholders' KPIs for identifying potential markets and factors affecting product demand.
  • Provide analytical support and data-driven guidance to the marketing team.
  • Respect specific rules to comply with the WHO Code of Breast Milk Substitutes and any related regulations applying locally.

Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Statistics, or an MBA graduate. 
  • At least 3 years of experience in the related field/ similar FMCG or pharmaceutical industries
  • English Fluency, both verbal and written;
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and other business intelligence software.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
