Espandar group is currently looking for a human resources specialist for its holding company in Tehran. The HR specialist will mainly be responsible for talent acquisition, sourcing, and other recruitment-related tasks for the group. The job holder will be reporting to the Group HR Manager.
A day in the life:
● Managing the full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, first-level interviews, and onboarding.
● Assisting with the development and evaluation of performance appraisal, succession planning and employee exit procedures.
● Following up with multiple internal parties to ensure HR procedure are correctly followed; generating periodic reports and employing BI tools to ensure group companies are in compliance with HR protocols.
● Participating in labor exhibitions; participating in university recruitment sessions.
● Handling various administrative tasks in the HR department.
Requirements
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management or other related fields.
● Experience conducting behavioral HR interviews; experience in sourcing, recruitment, and onboarding new hires.
● Exceptional communication skills; ability to maintain efficient relationships with employees from different backgrounds and levels within plant and head office.
● Creativity and interest in learning.
● Advanced Excel skills.
