International Middle East Crescent Development Company needs a human resource manager with the following conditions to complete its staff in the HR unit:
*Task Description: -Close cooperation with managers to align human resource strategies with organization goals -Consider employees' needs, resolution of conflicts and implementation of performance management and talent development programs -Playing the role of the interface between management and employees and answering work questions and problems -Planning, guiding and monitoring employment affairs, compensation, labor relations and training -Design and implementation of human resource policies and processes -Data analysis and presentation of statistical reports on performance and status of human resources -Implementing Referral Program for new employees and creating a positive organizational space -Identifying empty job positions, conducting interviews, selecting and attracting applicants -Review and report of work accidents in order to provide insurance -Human resource funding and pursuing deviations -Designing and implementing employee training and development programs
*Conditions: -Ability to build and maintain effective and constructive work relationships -Skill in resolving conflicts and the ability to negotiate -Experience in developing and leading teams -Ability to coach, training and develop employees -Skill in timing of activities and coordinating affairs -Mastery of administrative affairs and registration of human resource documentation -Familiarity with labor and insurance rules
