Requirements

● People-oriented and results-oriented. ● Work experience that can be cited in the correct use of human resources criteria. ● Knowledge of HR systems and databases. ● Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills. ● Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels. ● In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices. ● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management.
