● Planning, organizing, directing, and supervising work.
● Preparing, adjusting, and implementing regulations and administrative circulars based on the rules and approvals of the company.
● Providing standard reports in human resources.
● Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday from 8:30 am to 4:30 pm; Thursdays from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm.
Requirements
● Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Management or other related fields.
● Proficient in labor and social security laws.
● Familiar with recruitment processes and other HR processes and proficient in Microsoft Office.
● Active, motivated, patient, regular in doing things, with high accuracy, responsible and persistent.
● At least three years of relevant work experience.
● Proficient in job classification plan process and related models.
