● Help with the hiring process.
● Implement different HR programs and procedures and contribute to individual and organizational development.
● Aid and continuous improvement of internal and external processes, including salaries and wages, benefits, education, and health.
● Help to assess the educational needs and development of staff and develop the training calendar.
● Help to improve internal communication.
Requirements
● At least three years of relevant work experience in the human resources department.
● Full familiarity with Iran's labor law.
● Excellent oral and written communication skills.
● Ability to present ideas, thoughts, and concepts clearly and concisely.
● Sound judgment.
● Ability to use discretion in handling sensitive HR issues, combined with skills in providing objective, impartial, and strategic HR services.
● Ability to respond to problems creatively and honestly.
● Ability to stay up-to-date on new regulations, company policies, and procedures.
