● Plan and perform the necessary advertisements to attract the required human resources.
● Conduct initial assessments and interviews with new recruits.
● Plan and participate in the formation of the recruitment committee.
● Preparation of salary documents (salary analysis) of employees.
● Familiarize new employees with the organization, related work processes, instructions, and regulations.
● Planning and implementation of staff welfare and health affairs.
● Prepare reports and analysis of human resources to present to the manager.
Requirements
● At least Bachelor's degree in Management or other related fields.
● At least 4 years of relevant experience.
● Familiarity with related software.
● Familiarity with social security insurance, health insurance, and supplementary insurance.
Familiarity with labor and social security laws and regulations.
● Familiarity with the development of by-laws, instructions, contracts, and agreements related to personnel affairs and labor laws.
● Familiar with English.
● Have sufficient computer skills and fluency in Microsoft Office.
● Familiarity with negotiation methods.
