Job Description

● Create and publish job ads in various portals. ● Network with potential hires through professional groups on social media. ● Screen resumes and job applications. ● Conduct initial phone screens to create short lists of qualified candidates. ● Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process. ● Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings. ● Coordinate on-boarding process. ● Coordinate employee development plans and performance management. ● Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice. ● Administer compensation and benefit plans. ● Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace. ● Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in Human Resources, talent management, and employment law. ● Prepare and update job descriptions through job analysis.

Requirements

● Bachelor’s or Master's degree in HR Management, Industrial Psychology, Industrial engineering or related fields. ● Minimum 4 years of work experience. ● Hands-on experience with the main job boards. ● Strong interview skills specifically competency-based interview. ● Strong working knowledge of labor laws. ● Strong interpersonal skills. ● Good written and verbal communications skills. ● Able to work under pressure situation. ● Good command of MS Office. ● Good command of English.
