Job Description

  • Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions and helping resolve work-related problems.
  • Prepare or maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions.
  • Control of leave, entry, and exit of warehouse personnel and preparation of relevant reports.
  • Address employee relations issues, such as work complaints, or other employee concerns.

Requirements

  • Mastery of human resource processes such as personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions.
  • Knowledge of principles and procedures for HR procedures, labor relations, and negotiation.
  • Knowledge of Ministry of Labor and Social Security laws.
  • Knowledge of administrative procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, stenography and transcription, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology.
  • At least three years of relevant work experience.
  • Expert in Windows and Office.
