Serve as a link between management and employees by handling questions and helping resolve work-related problems.
Prepare or maintain employment records related to events, such as hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions.
Control of leave, entry, and exit of warehouse personnel and preparation of relevant reports.
Address employee relations issues, such as work complaints, or other employee concerns.
Requirements
Mastery of human resource processes such as personnel recruitment, selection, training, compensation and benefits, hiring, termination, leaves, transfers, or promotions.
Knowledge of principles and procedures for HR procedures, labor relations, and negotiation.
Knowledge of Ministry of Labor and Social Security laws.
Knowledge of administrative procedures and systems such as word processing, managing files and records, stenography and transcription, designing forms, and other office procedures and terminology.
