Job Description

  • Carrying on the monthly payroll processes by collecting all the necessary information for the related month and following regulatory updates (labor law, tax, social security regulations, etc).
  • Managing payroll data in compliance with labor law and related legislation.
  • Managing relations and processes with Government agencies.
  • Preparing monthly operational reports.
  • Assisting all employees on payroll-related issues.
  • Using HR System for data entries and running systematical process.
  • Leading administrative affairs-related topics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • At least 5 years of related work experience.
  • Experience in employee relations, payroll, and administrative affairs.
  • Proficient in working in Excel and HR systems.
  • Good command of written and spoken English.
  • Strong reporting and project management skills.
