We are looking for an employee engagement specialist. This person will work to create an excellent employee experience that drives employee engagement and promotes retention and will help establish a positive employee culture, value, and brand through an exceptional and inclusive employee experience. This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining programs, policies/procedures, and practices focused on retention and employee engagement.
Main responsibilities:
● Track and take action to improve the employee experience (based on the employee life cycle).
● Execute all operational human resources tasks related to people and culture at to deliver an excellent co-worker experience.
● Organize, support, and maintain employee engagement programs, events, and activities under supervision.
● Secure engagement and retention by understanding the conditions of our co-workers.
Requirements
● 2 or 3 years of employee engagement or HR generalist in an e-commerce company.
● Demonstrated ability to handle very difficult or volatile situations/individuals effectively.
● Skilled in communicating clearly and effectively verbally and in writing.
