Job Description

  • Analyze trends and criteria with the participation of the HR group to develop solutions, plans, and policies.
  • Career planning based on performance analysis for continuous employee development.
  • Improve working relationships, create morale and increase productivity and maintain work with management and employees.
  • Workforce and succession planning.
  • Direct manager: HR manager.
  • Probation period: 3 months.
  • Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday from 07:30 to 16:00; Thursdays: every other week.
  • Rewards and benefits: social security insurance, supplementary insurance, loan, bonus, lunch, shuttle service, corporate doctor, and periodical examinations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources Management, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or Management.
  • At least 7 years in a related field.
  • Proficient in all human resources processes.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis.
  • Proficient in labor laws and service compensation.
  • High interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
