- Expert in computer and software EXCEL, WORD, POWER POINT, VISIO
- Expert in performance appraisal systems
- Familiarity with the process of systems and methods
- Familiarity with job analysis
- Mastery of labor law rules and regulations
- Familiarity with complementary insurance processes
- Effective communications
- Body Language
- Principles and techniques of negotiation
